The Third Series poses were chosen by Loren Fishman using the same premise as the Classic series poses, targeted muscles pulling on the bone. This set of poses has not been tested over time but will hopefully result in positive bone change. In the Third series the poses target the hips, femur and spine and they also work on the ribs. When we open the front side of the body and expand the space between the ribs the intercostal muscles are stretched.
